Localizer

Our main software package is Localizer. Localizer implements various analyses related to sub-diffraction imaging, including localization microscopy, SOFI imaging, and particle tracking. The advantages of Localizer is that it is typically very fast while also including a complete graphical interface for the Igor Pro software package. SOFIevaluator

We have also just released software to analyze the quality of SOFI images and SOFI datasets, which can be found here. A preprint describing this software is also available.
